Sovereign data: host a node of the Quebec public registry.
A 45 minute online session for executives and IT leads of companies and institutions who want sovereignty they can point to rather than a slogan. One ask at the end: host a node.

What you will see
Your data, your contracts and your public commitments sit today on infrastructure you do not control. In 45 minutes we show another way: a shared registry, hosted by its members, on their own hardware, protected by cryptography designed to resist quantum computers.
- A node that starts with one commandOn an ordinary machine, on your premises. What it downloads, what it verifies, what it costs to run, and what is not solved yet.
- What it containsA complete copy of the registry: hashes of public commitments, each with a short technical label, and their signatures.
- What is not written to itNo personal data is written to it: records stay with you, and the registry carries them by their hash, with a short technical label. Today that rule is applied by the application; enforcing it in the chain is planned.
- What "keeping your copy" meansYour copy sits on your hardware: neither Paraxiom nor a foreign cloud provider can take it away from you. And because every member keeps their own, a change after the fact shows: the copies no longer match.
What the registry lets you prove
The node is the means. What counts is what an organisation can prove without the proof resting on a single one of them.
- Decisions and documentsA resolution, a notice, a report: its hash is recorded with the date, and the document stays with you. This is the part already demonstrated on the test network.
- Public contracts, with the oracleA verification service runs six automated checks on a deliverable: API health, code coverage, static analysis, deployment verification, visual regression, load. Each result is recorded with the hash of the raw evidence, the verdict, a score and the commit. When all six pass, the milestone is marked complete. And a payment is authorised only if a human signs and an authorised oracle signs: neither is enough alone.
- SoftwareDated proof, verifiable by a third party, that a given version passed a given analysis before it was deployed.
- Later: devices and citizensA device or a citizen co-signing with their own post-quantum key. Not offered yet.
These modules are in the test network's runtime, with their tests; no application calls them yet. See the interactive demonstration (in French): the checks run, a failed check blocks the payment, and an edited copy is exposed.
Why a node
Hosting a QuantumHarmony node on your own hardware means holding a complete copy of the registry. Sovereignty is not a contract clause; it is the copy you keep. The first nodes are in Quebec; seats in Belfast and Germany are sought, because a registry no single member should be able to alter needs members who do not depend on each other.
A second step, reserved for institutions with a mandate, will come later: co‑signing public commitments. It is not on offer today, and the session will say so plainly.
Who it is for
- Technology SMEs and suppliersWho deliver to public buyers and want to prove what they delivered.
- Cities, crown corporations, public networksWho record commitments and want any later change to show.
- Professional orders and trust servicesWhose signature already carries weight and who want to bring it to a shared registry.
- Universities and labsWho want a node to observe, measure and criticise.
Registration
Three fields. Your mail client opens with the registration prefilled; send it as is. The Google Meet link comes back by email.
Common questions
- Is it free?
- Yes. The session, the node software and its source code all are.
- Do I need technical skills?
- Not for the session. To host a node afterwards: one IT person and a machine that stays on.
- What is QuantumHarmony?
- A blockchain with post‑quantum signatures developed by Paraxiom, designed to record public commitments by their hash. The test network has run since December 2025; its current version was restarted on July 4, 2026. It is a test network, not a production system.
- Is there a token, an investment, a promised return?
- No. The test network uses a test unit for transaction fees; it has no value and is not sold. No investment, no return, nothing is promised.
- What happens to my registration?
- It lands in a mailbox, is used to send you the link and the reminder, and is shared with nobody.
